¾ lb corned beef from deli
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
½ c sauerkraut
¼ c mayonnaise
Party rye or crackers
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. Serve with party rye.
