½ cup
butter, softened
1 ½ cup
sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour
cream
1 t vanilla
2 cups flour
1 t baking
soda
¼ t salt
1 cup mashed
banana – 2-3 bananas
Icing:
1 8 oz cream
cheese
½ cup
butter, softened
2 t vanilla
3 ¾ c – 4 c confectioner
sugar
Cream butter
and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Add
bananas. Bake in 13 x 9 pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes or jelly roll pan for
20-25 minutes. Cool completely
Beat cream
cheese and butter. Add vanilla and enough sugar to desired consistency.
Ice bars and
store in refrigerator.
